Fresh CADA

A fresh breakfast that takes less than 5 minutes...maybe more if you don't have a thermomix. But it's so dang worth it. 



  • 1/4 cup Coconut shreds
  • 1 x pink lady Apple (quartered or grated if you don't have a thermomix)
  • 1-2 fresh dates (pitted)
  • A hand full of Almonds
  • 1 heaped tbsp of Wild Collagen Reds

Optional: 1-2 cm of fresh grated ginger.


Pulse in the thermomix 2-3 times or when you reach desired consistency and texture. Top with berries and yoghurt of choice. 

Conventional Method

Grate the apple & ginger, roughly chop the dates and almonds. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl with Wild Collagen Reds until combined. Top with your choice of berries and yoghurt. Voila!

Yes I agree 🤩 I haven’t eaten CADA for years & now with the new collagen reds added, it’s absolutely delicious!!! 😋
