Mango Maca Smoothie

This has possibly got to be the best smoothie I have made in the past summers. This is the perfect time to stock up and freeze before they go out of season. Add in marine collagen for extra nutrients, skin care and protein. 


For 2-3 people.

  • Handful of macadamia nuts
  • 1 mango 
  • Half frozen banana 
  • Knob of ginger 
  • 1/2 a peeled lime (pulp and all) 
  • 1/2 to a whole can of coconut water. (Depending on how thick you want it.)
  • 2 tbsp Wild Collagen Reds
  • Tsp changinghabits colloidal minerals
  • Hand full of ice
