Smoothie Bowl

Serves 2


  • 4 tbsp of Wild Collagen Reds

  • 300-400g of frozen bananas (3 large bananas)

  • 2 cups of frozen berries (i like raspberries)

  • 1 frozen zucchini

  • 2 fresh dates pitted

  • 2 tbsp of chosen yogurt brand (I love greek organic/biodynamic)

Blend until super creamy and no lumps!


  • 3/4 cup of chosen granola or muesli (halved between bowls - I always put some on the bottom of the bowl)

  • 1 banana sliced (half on each bowl)

  • 2 tbsp Nut butter (1 tbsp each)

TIP: The secret to a good textured bowl is not liquid!!! Blend and scrape down if you have to. No one said they liked a sloppy bowl! Trust me it’s worth the extra scrape downs.
