Ingredients

4 tbsp of Wild Collagen Reds

300-400g of frozen bananas (3 large bananas)

2 cups of frozen berries (i like raspberries)

1 frozen zucchini

2 fresh dates pitted

2 tbsp of chosen yogurt brand (I love greek organic/biodynamic)
Blend until super creamy and no lumps!
Toppings
-
3/4 cup of chosen granola or muesli (halved between bowls - I always put some on the bottom of the bowl)

1 banana sliced (half on each bowl)

2 tbsp Nut butter (1 tbsp each)
TIP: The secret to a good textured bowl is not liquid!!! Blend and scrape down if you have to. No one said they liked a sloppy bowl! Trust me it’s worth the extra scrape downs.
