Collagen Protein Balls


  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1 cup dried pitted dates – soaked in hot water for 10 min then drained

  • 3 tbs of Wild Collagen Reds

  • 12 cocao melts or 3 tbsp of cocao powder

  • 2cm knob of fresh ginger


  1. Blend until combined and doughy paste has formed

  2. Roll into balls and dust with coconut or cocoa powder
