Protein Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic GF rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp of butter or cream
  • 2 tbsp of Wild Collagen Reds

    Method

    1. Place water and oats into a pot.

    2. Bring water to a boil and stir consistently.

    3. Lower to a simmer, keep stirring and cook for 8-10 minutes. It should start to thicken and become glumpy.

    4. With a minute or so to go add 2 tbs of Wild Collagen Reds and stir until combined.

    5. Add butter or a dash of cream at the end and stir.

    6. Serve with bananas and fresh yogurt.
