Ingredients
- 1/2 cup organic GF rolled oats
- 3/4 cup of water
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp of butter or cream
- 2 tbsp of Wild Collagen Reds
Method

Place water and oats into a pot.

Bring water to a boil and stir consistently.

Lower to a simmer, keep stirring and cook for 8-10 minutes. It should start to thicken and become glumpy.

With a minute or so to go add 2 tbs of Wild Collagen Reds and stir until combined.

Add butter or a dash of cream at the end and stir.

Serve with bananas and fresh yogurt.
