- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of almond flour or meal
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds (soaked)
- 2 tbsp Wild Collagen Reds
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 /2 tsp vanilla
- pinch of changinghabits seaweed salt
Method
- Blend all wet ingredients until combined.
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- Fold together the wet ingredients until mixed
- Generously use coconut oil in the pan for each pancake making them a smaller size
